Songkran or the Water Festival is known for its fun for everyone in the city are throwing water at each other. Traditionally, before it becomes a bucket and water gun on Khao San Road, Thais pour a small bowl of water politely on their parents, family members, older relatives, friends and neighbors.The tradition becomes more festive and attracts more visitors to come and experience Songkran festival in Thailand.

Erawan Shrine of Than Tao Mahaprom, the Brahma God, has been one the most famous attractions or a famous attraction to Thai and foreign visitors. It is located at the front of Grand Hyatt Erawan Hotel at the corner of Ratchadamri intersection. The Erawan Shrine was erected during the mid 1950s.
